Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released prelims result for Combined Civil Services Examination – 1 which was conducted on 03rd January 2021. TNPSC has also announced the Mains Exam date for 28th, 29th, and 30th May 2021. The recruitment will be done to recruit 69 candidates in TNPSC Civil Service for 2020-21. The candidates who qualify in the Prelims exam should upload the scanned documents in support of the claims made in the online application form 16th February 2021 to 15th March 2021.

In order to appear for TNPSC Group 1 as a Civil Servant, the candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. Given below are the eligibility criteria for your reference.
- Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University.
Aspirants who are in their final year can also apply for the TNPSC Group 1 Preliminary Exam but they need to submit proof of passing while applying for the Main stage of the exam.
However, candidates with the preferential qualification will be given priority as mentioned in the official notification above.
