Digital Banking

• Manager – Digital Product: B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE), min. 3 years’ experience in digital/IT product project management in Bank/BFSI/Fintech/Card Networks
• Senior Manager – Digital Product: B.E./B.Tech (relevant streams) or MCA, min. 6 years’ similar experience
• Product Manager – Digital Lending: Graduate in any discipline, min. 3 years’ experience in digital lending product design/process in Banking or FinTech

Facility Management

• Technical Officer/Manager/Senior Manager – Civil Engineer: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with experience ranging from 2 years (Technical Officer) to 7 years (Technical Senior Manager) in construction/maintenance work
• Technical Officer/Manager/Senior Manager – Electrical Engineer: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, similarly graded experience of 2–7 years

Information Security

• Manager – Information Security: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics) or MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech (Cyber Security), mandatory certification (CEH/CompTIA Security+/CCNA/CISA), min. 3 years’ IT/InfoSec experience (at least 1 year in InfoSec)
• Senior Manager – Information Security: Same academic background, mandatory CISSP/CISM/CISA certification, min. 6 years’ experience (at least 3 years in InfoSec)
  Security
• Manager – Security: Graduate in any discipline; candidate must be a released Armed Forces officer (min. 5 years commissioned service), or a Police officer not below DSP rank (min. 5 years as Class-I Gazetted Officer), or Paramilitary Forces officer of equivalent rank (min. 5 years)

Enterprise Data Management Office

Chief Manager – Data Scientist: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech or equivalent, min. 10 years’ IT experience (8 years in Data Science)

• Senior Manager – Data Scientist: Min. 6 years’ IT experience (5 years in Data Science/Analytics)
• Senior Manager – Data Profiling: B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA, min. 6 years’ experience (5 years in SQL/PL-SQL or Impala/Hive and Qlik development)
• Senior Manager – DQ Analyst: Graduation in a quantitative field or MBA (analytics), min. 6 years’ experience (5 years as Data Quality Analyst)
• Senior Manager – BI and Dashboard Development: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc., min. 6 years’ experience (5 years in SQL/PL-SQL or Impala/Hive)

Corporate Accounts & Taxation Planning

• Manager/Senior Manager – Taxation & Accounts: Chartered Accountant/ICWA mandatory (CS preferred); 2 years’ BFSI experience for Manager grade, 5 years for Senior Manager grade

Probation and Service Bond

• Probation period: 12 months
• Service bond: 3 years, or payment equivalent to three months’ gross salary (capped at ₹2 lakh for JMG/S-I, ₹3 lakh for MMG/S-II and above) if the candidate exits before completing three years

Selection Process

1. Application Scrutiny
2. Online Test (if conducted): Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude (all qualifying in nature) + Professional Knowledge (counts for final merit)
3. Psychometric Test and/or Personal Interview

Exam Pattern

There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Sections 1–3 are qualifying only; final merit is based on Professional Knowledge and PI scores. Minimum qualifying marks for PI are 60% for General/EWS and 55% for other reserved categories.
