Educational Qualification

Medical Officer, Community Health: Candidates must hold a degree in Ayurveda or Unani Tib from a recognized institution. They should be registered as a Vaidya or Hakeem with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh, and must have a minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a government or recognized hospital/dispensary.

Veterinary Officer: Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) degree from a recognized university. Registration with the Uttar Pradesh Veterinary Council is mandatory.

Homoeopathic Medical Officer: Candidates must have a recognized degree in Homoeopathy (minimum 5 years) or a Diploma in Homoeopathy (minimum 4 years). Registration with the Homoeopathic Medicine Board, Uttar Pradesh is compulsory.

Swasthya Shiksha Adhikari: Applicants must hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university in Sociology or any other Social Science subject such as Anthropology, Psychology, Geography, History, or Economics.

Chikitsa Adhikari (Ayurved): Candidates should possess a degree or a five-year diploma in Ayurveda from a recognized institution. Registration as a Vaidya with the concerned board and at least 6 months of professional experience are required.

Dental Surgeon: Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) degree from a recognized university and must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh Dental Council.

Inspector of Drugs: Candidates should possess a degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology. In addition, 18 to 36 months of relevant professional experience in manufacturing, testing, or inspection of drugs is required as per rules.

Chikitsa Adhikari (Unani): Applicants must have a degree or a five-year diploma in Unani Tib from a recognized institution. Registration as a Hakeem and at least 6 months of professional experience are mandatory.

Chikitsa Adhikari (Homoeopathic): Candidates should possess a recognized degree or a minimum four-year diploma in Homoeopathy and must be registered with the Homoeopathic Medicine Board, Uttar Pradesh.

Vetting Officer: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce with at least 50% marks, along with a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognized university, also with a minimum of 50% marks.
