Punjab Police Constable Physical Test for Male & Female
The Punjab Police Constable Physical Test has two stages: Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). PST includes running, long jump, and high jump, while PMT checks height. Candidates must clear both to qualify for Stage III.
