OSCSC Accounts Executive Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed by OSCSC before applying for the Accounts Executive post. The required educational qualification, age limit, and language proficiency are given below.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution or university:

• Inter Chartered Accountant (CA); OR
• Inter Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA/CMA); OR
• B.Com (Honours) with a minimum of 50% marks or Distinction.

Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• Women: 5 years
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years
• Additional age relaxation will be applicable as per the Odisha Government rules.

Language Proficiency

Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia. They should also possess the required Odia language qualification/certification as prescribed in the official notification, such as passing Odia as a subject at the required school education level.
