• Stenographer Grade-III: Passed a +3 degree or equivalent examination from a recognized university, passed a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institution, able to read, write and speak Odia, and must have passed an Odia language test equivalent to the M.E, standard, shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and English typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Salaried Amin: Passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board, Passed Revenue Inspector Training from a government or recognized institution, Possess computer knowledge.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Maximum age: Below 42 years.
• Age is calculated as on 28 August 2026.
• Relaxation is available to eligible reserved-category candidates according to applicable Odisha Government rules.
