- Online Application Fee: Each applicant is required to pay Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as the Online Application Fee. No exemptions are available under this category.
- Processing Fee: Additionally, applicants must pay Rs. 120/- (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Only) as a Processing Fee. However, the following categories of applicants are exempted from paying the Processing Fee SC, ST, BC, EWS, PH, Ex-servicemen of Telangana State, and Unemployed applicants aged between 18 to 46 years from Telangana State.

Applicants will be selected based on 100 points of which
- A maximum of 80 points will be awarded for a percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
- A maximum of 20 points will be awarded for service in state government hospitals/ institutions/programs on a contract/outsourced basis.
