Registration Requirements
- All candidates must possess a valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), or the respective State authority on the date of the interview.
- Medical degrees obtained from foreign universities will be accepted only when they are recognized and approved by the MCI or NMC, as applicable.
- Candidates must have completed and possessed all minimum essential qualifications and higher qualifications on or before the date of the interview.

Selected candidates will receive an attractive annual Cost to Company (CTC) depending on the post and qualification. The remuneration will increase during the second year of engagement.

ONGC Medical Officer Benefits and Leave
Apart from the fixed CTC, selected doctors will receive medical and leave benefits as specified in the recruitment terms.
- OPD Medical Facility: In-house OPD medical facilities are available for the selected employee, their spouse, and up to two immediate dependents, including children and/or parents.
- Indoor Treatment: ONGC will reimburse the premium for a family floater health insurance cover of up to ₹7.5 lakh for indoor treatment.
- Casual Leave: Candidates are entitled to 12 days of Casual Leave in a calendar year, allowed at the rate of one day per month on a pro-rata basis.
- Maternity Leave: Female doctors will be eligible for maternity leave in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Social Security Code.
- Gratuity: Gratuity is included in the advertised annual CTC and will be paid on a pro-rata basis upon completion of one year of tenure.
