NICL AO Salary Structure
Candidates selected as Administrative Officers (AO) at NICL will earn around Rs. 85,000 per month in metro cities. The basic pay starts at Rs. 50,925, and the salary follows a structured scale. The salary also includes various allowances according to company rules.
Additional benefits include pension plans, gratuity, travel subsidies, medical coverage, insurance, and housing options based on eligibility. Specialist Officers with an MBBS degree can receive a Non-Practising Allowance (NPA) of 25% of their basic pay.

National Insurance AO Recruitment: Guarantee Bond and Probation Period
Candidates who clear the NICL AO Examination will be assigned postings at locations determined by the Board. They are required to serve a minimum period of 5 years. However, those selected for Specialist positions must complete a mandatory service period of 10 years.
Also, the probation period after selection is for 1 year, and they will be promoted based on their performance in that year. The probation period may be extended for 2 years. Upon selection, candidates have to sign an Undertaking to serve the Company for 4 years. This is the Guarantee bond, and if any candidate decides to resign, then they have to pay 1 year’s salary.
