RPSC AAO One-Time Registration (OTR) Blocking Rules
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has implemented specific guidelines regarding the One-Time Registration (OTR) system to ensure serious participation in its recruitment exams. As per the rules, if a candidate remains absent from two exams within a single financial year, their OTR facility will be blocked. To unblock it, the candidate must pay a fine of ₹750 through the official portal.
If the candidate is absent from two more exams in the same financial year (making it four absences in total), an additional ₹1500 will be required to unblock the OTR again. These measures are aimed at reducing absenteeism and encouraging only eligible and committed candidates to apply for RPSC recruitment processes.
