• Regional Language: Candidates must be well-versed in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the state they are applying for. Knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.

IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2026 Training and Stipend

The selected candidates will undergo one year of training. During the training period, Agriculture Graduate Trainees will receive a stipend of Rs. 33,300 per month. After successful completion of training and subject to IFFCO’s requirement, candidates may be absorbed into the regular establishment at a basic IFFCO AGT salary 2026 of Rs. 37,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs. 37,000–70,000, along with applicable allowances and benefits as per the rules.
