SSC CHSL Result 2025, Release Date, Tier 1 Merit List Download
The SSC is conducting the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 2025 for posts such as Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Data Entry Operator (DEO). The Tier 1 computer-based exam is scheduled from 12 November 2025 to 30 November 2025. After completion of this stage, the result for Tier 1 will be declared in the form of a PDF merit list containing the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates.

How to Download the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result 2025?
Follow the steps to download the result after it gets released.
- Go to the official SSC website: www.ssc.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on the “Results” tab.
- Navigate to the section for “Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 (Tier 1) Result – List of Candidates in Roll Number Order”.
- Click the link to download the PDF of the merit list.
- Use Ctrl + F (or search) within the PDF to find your roll number/name and check your qualification status.
- Save/print the PDF for future reference.

What the Merit List / Result PDF Will Contain
The downloadable result PDF will include:
- The name of the exam (CHSL Tier 1) and year.
- Roll numbers of candidates who have qualified Tier 1 and are short-listed for Tier 2.
- For each shortlisted candidate: Name, Roll Number, Category/Sub-category, Rank (if applicable) and qualification status.
- The cut-off marks (category-wise) will be released along with or soon after the result.
What After Tier 1 Result?
Candidates whose names/roll numbers appear in the merit list will be eligible to appear for Tier 2 exam. Tier 2 will be followed by further stages, such as Document Verification. Final merit list and allocation of posts will depend on combined performance and preferences.
