    What is the result of (0.5³ + 0.1³ – 0.6³) ÷ (3×0.5×0.1×0.6)?
    Question

    What is the result of (0.5³ + 0.1³ – 0.6³) ÷ (3×0.5×0.1×0.6)?

    A.

    –1

    B.

    0

    C.

    1

    D.

    2

    Correct option is A

    Given:
    (0.5³ + 0.1³ − 0.6³) ÷ (3 × 0.5 × 0.1 × 0.6)
    Solution:
    (0.5³ + 0.1³ − 0.6³)
    = 0.125 + 0.001 − 0.216
    = −0.09
    Denominator: 3 × 0.5 × 0.1 × 0.6 = 3 × 0.03 = 0.09

    (0.5³ + 0.1³ − 0.6³) ÷ (3 × 0.5 × 0.1 × 0.6) =  −0.09 ÷ 0.09 = −1
Therefore, the required result is −1.
