    Question

    A.

    4:7

    B.

    D.

    3:8

    Correct option is B

    Given:
    25% of the number of mathematics books = two-thirds of the number of physics books.

    Solution:

    Let the mathematics books be M  and physics books be P

    25100×M=23×P MP=83\frac{25}{100} \times M = \frac{2}{3} \times P\\ \ \\\frac{M}{P} = \frac{8}{3}

    M : P = 8 : 3
