Solution: 

cosec$$^4 \theta$$ - cosec$$^2 \theta$$ 

= $$cosec^2 \theta ( cosec^2 \theta - 1)$$ 

= $$(1+ cot^2 \theta ) cot^2 \theta$$ 

= $$cot^2 \theta + cot^4 \theta$$

Then we can say that  cosec$$^4 \theta$$ - cosec$$^2 \theta$$  = $$cot^2 \theta + cot^4 \theta$$  = 3.6
