Given:
The number abba is divisible by 4 and a < b
Formula Used::
A number is divisible by 4 if the last two digits of the number are divisible by 4.
Solution:
Possible values of b & a.

∴ 8 such numbers are possible.
Note:- a cannot be 0 because then abba will not be 4 digit no.
Alternate Method:
For a number to be divisible by ‘Q’ the last two digits must be divisible by 4. (Here ‘ba’).
