His speed in first half = 7Km/h

Formula Used:

Time = distance/speed

Solution:

Let total distance = 2x

According to question 

Time taken to travel first half + time taken to travel second half = 13 h

​$$\frac{x}{7}+\frac{x}{6}=13$$

6x +7x =13$$\times42$$ 

x =42km

So total distance = $$42\times2 =84 km$$​​
