Speed = Total DistanceTime\frac{\text{Total Distance}}{\text{Time}}​​
Total Distance = Train length + Tunnel length

Total Distance = 266 + 559 = 825 m.
Speed in m/s = 825 / 66 = 12.5 m/s.
