The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has opened the online registration process for Combined Graduate Level Exam, 2025. This year, total number of vacancies to be filled are 14,582 and candidates within the age limit of 18-32 years as on 1st August 2025, are eligible to apply and attempt the SSC CGL Exam 2025. The SSC is conducting the SSC CGL 2025 registration process for Group B and C services such as JSO, Accountant, Custom Officer, Research Assistant, Statistical Investigator, etc. SSC has made it mandatory that the One Time Registration will be Aadhaar based and without it, candidates can not apply for SSC CGL exam. Steps To Fill Out the SSC CGL Application Form 2025
Candidates are required to follow these steps to apply online for the SSC CGL 2025. Below are the steps that one needs to follow for successful online registration for the exam:
1. Register on SSC Website (One-Time Registration – OTR)
Visit ssc.gov.in.
Click "Login/Register" and complete the OTR form (basic personal and academic details).
After submitting, you’ll receive a Registration ID and Password
2. Fill Out the Application Form
Log in using your credentials.
Fill in all required fields: education, job preferences, personal info.
Upload scanned photograph and signature as per specifications
3. Choose Your Posts & Exam Centers
Select the roles you’re interested in.
Choose up to 3 preferred exam centres by region
4. Pay the Application Fee
Pay ₹100 (Women, SC/ST, Ex‑Servicemen, PwD candidates are exempt)
Payment options: BHIM UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit card, or SBI Challan
5. Review & Submit
Double-check all details before submitting — inaccuracies can be corrected during the correction window later
6. Print Confirmation Page
After submission, save and print the confirmation page/receipt for your records.
Photograph
The photograph must be clicked in front of a white colour or light-coloured background and must be more than 4 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The photograph resolution must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.
Signature
The signature must be in black or blue ink on a white sheet. The scanned copy of the signature must be in jpg format and it should be more than 1 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The resolution should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.

SSC CGL 2025 Registration Fee
The required SSC CGL Application Fee is Rs 100 and there are No Fees to be paid by female, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-servicemen candidates for the SSC CGL Exam.
Exemption: No fee must be paid by female, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
• Applications fee should be paid only through SBI either in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking or any other bank Credit/Debit Card. Challan form will be generated online.
• To pay a fee in cash, the candidate should take the printout of the challan generated online after the completion of Part-1 registration. Deposit the requisite fee in any branch of SBI and then continue with the Part-2 registration.
• Those candidates who want to pay online can go directly to part-2 registration after completion of part-1 registration. Candidate must supply registration number and date of birth to continue to Part-2 registration.
