The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will hold the RRB Group D Exam 2025 under CEN 08/2024 to recruit 32,438 Level-1 posts across multiple departments.
The vacancies include positions like Track Maintainer, Pointsman, and Assistants in Loco Sheds, Operations, Traction & Luggage (TL), and Air-Conditioning (AC) units.

RRB Group D Admit Card and City Intimation
The RRB Group D Admit Card 2025 will be available on the regional RRB websites about four days before the exam. Around 10 days prior, candidates will also receive the RRB Group D Exam City Intimation Slip 2025, which mentions the allotted exam city to help with travel planning. Both documents can be downloaded using the candidate’s registration number and date of birth.
RRB Group D Exam Pattern
The RRB Group D Computer-Based Test (CBT) will include 100 multiple-choice questions spanning Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Science, and General Awareness & Current Affairs. The total duration of the exam is 90 minutes, while candidates with disabilities (PwBD) using a scribe will have 120 minutes to complete it. For every wrong answer, one-third of the marks will be deducted as negative marking.
