RRB JE Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to apply for the RRB JE Vacancy 2025 must carefully check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. The eligibility is based on nationality, educational qualification, and age limit, as set by the Railway Recruitment Board.

1. Nationality: The applicant must be: A citizen of India, Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries with the intention of permanent settlement in India.

2. Educational Qualification: 

Candidates must have a Diploma/Degree/Bachelor’s in Engineering from a recognised university/institute in the relevant discipline.

3. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 33 years

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules (e.g., SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years).

4. Medical Standards
