Haryana Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 Promotion Policy Changed

The Haryana government has introduced a new two-way strategy for filling Anganwadi vacancies. As per the latest updates, working Anganwadi Helpers will now be promoted to the posts of Anganwadi Workers. To make this effective, the promotion quota has been increased from 25% to 50%, which means half of the vacancies will be filled through promotions.

This decision gives experienced helpers a better chance to grow in their career and ensures that leadership at Anganwadi centres stays with people who already have ground-level experience. Haryana Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
