Step 1: Visit the official SIDBI website at www.sidbi.in.

Step 2: Click on the “Careers” section on the homepage.

Step 3: Select the link for “SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’– General Stream and Grade ‘B’- General and Specialist Stream“.

Step 4: Click on “Apply Online” to begin the application process.

Step 5: Register by clicking on “New Registration” and filling in your name, contact details, and email ID.

Step 6: Note the system-generated Registration Number and Password.

Step 7: Log in and complete the application form with all required details.

Step 8: Upload your photo, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in the correct format.

Step 9: Pay the application fee online and submit the form before the last date.

SIDBI Grade B Selection Process

The SIDBI Grade B Manager Selection Process includes three stages. The bank will undertake a preliminary screening test of the applications, then a phase 2 online examination, and finally select the candidates for the interview.

SIDBI Grade B Salary

The present pay scale for the Manager (Grade B) in SIDBI is Rs. 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850 (2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (16 years). Candidates selected as officers are eligible to get other benefits, including HRA, TA, LFC and Medical benefits.
