নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া সংক্রান্ত:

 

জুনিয়র সেক্রেটারিয়েট অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্স (G/F&A/S&P) সংক্রান্ত নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া:

 

লিখিত পরীক্ষায় দুটি পেপার রয়েছে:

পেপার -1[Mental Ability Test]

পেপার -2{General Awareness & General Language}.

 

কেবলমাত্র সেই প্রার্থীদের দ্বিতীয় পত্রটি মূল্যায়ন করা হবে যারা প্রথম পত্রে মিনিমাম থ্রেশোল্ড মার্ক (নির্বাচন কমিটি দ্বারা নির্ধারিত হবে) অর্জন করবে। কম্পিউটার টাইপিং গতি এবং কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারের দক্ষতা কেবল কোয়ালিফায়িং প্রকৃতির হবে।লিখিত পরীক্ষায় প্রার্থীদের পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে চূড়ান্ত মেধা তালিকা প্রস্তুত করা হবে।

 

জুনিয়র স্টেনোগ্রাফার সংক্রান্ত নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া:

প্রস্তাবিত সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড পূরণকারী প্রার্থীদের কম্পিউটারে ওপেন প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষা এবং টাইপ রাইটিং টেস্ট এবং স্টেনোগ্রাফিতে দক্ষতা পরীক্ষার জন্য আমন্ত্রিত করা হবে। কম্পিউটারের টাইপ রাইটিং টেস্ট এবং স্টেনোগ্রাফিতে দক্ষতা পরীক্ষা কেবল কোয়ালিফায়িং প্রকৃতির হবে। প্রতিযোগিতামূলক লিখিত পরীক্ষায় প্রার্থীদের পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে চূড়ান্ত মেধা তালিকা প্রস্তুত করা হবে।

পরীক্ষার মাধ্যম:

 

পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নগুলি দ্বিভাষিক অর্থাৎ হিন্দি এবং ইংরেজিতে হবে।

দ্বিতীয় পত্রটি  কেবল ইংরেজি ভাষাতেই হবে।

 

কিভাবে আবেদন করতে হবে:

 

• যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের CSIR-CGCRI ওয়েবসাইটের http://www.cgcri.res.in মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে হবে:
• অনলাইন আবেদনপত্র CSIR-CGCRI ওয়েবসাইটে08.2021 এর 11.59.59 p.m.অবধি পাওয়া যাবে।
• প্রার্থীদের নেট ব্যাংকিং / ডেবিট কার্ড / ক্রেডিট কার্ড ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে 100 / – টাকা ফি জমা দিতে হবে।
• তফসিলি জাতি / তফসিলী উপজাতি / প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তি / মহিলা / CSIR কর্মচারীদের আবেদন ফি জমা দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে ছাড় রয়েছে।

 

রেজিস্ট্রেশনের আগে যে বিষয়গুলি লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে তা হল :

• scan their:
• photograph (20kb–50 kb)
• signature (with black ink) (10kb – 20kb)
• left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink) (20 KB – 50 KB)
• a hand written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) (text given below) (50 KB – 100 KB)
• The text for the hand written declaration is as follows –

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
