Title: Telesales Executive
We are urgently looking for a Telesales executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for calling the customers, closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. The candidate should be self-motivated, passionate, and able to work in a collaborative environment.
· Calling active, present or prospective customers/students to encourage the purchase of Adda247 courses.
· Addressing customers/ students’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
· Responding to calls and resolving queries about product or company.
· Maintaining the database of the customers/students on a regular basis.
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales
· Enter and update customers/students information in the database
· Excellent verbal communication.
· Any Graduate, Freshers can also apply/ Prior experience of 1-2 yrs as a telecaller or similar
· Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
· Good knowledge of CRM software like leadSquared and telephone systems
