SSC CGL Application Correction Window 2025, Dates and Guidelines

The Staff Selection Commission has conducted the SSC CGL Online Application 2025 for 14,582 vacancies, and lakhs of candidates have applied. Now that the process is over, the Commission provides the chance to make corrections/modifications in their online forms. The correction window will be open from 9th to 11th July 2025 on the official website of SSC at www.ssc.gov.in. SSC CGL Application Correction Window 2025

Candidates have 3 days to make corrections to their already submitted forms, along with payment of the correction fee. They can submit the corrected form two times only, and you can only pay online using UPI, Net Banking, or Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay). Only the latest corrected application will be considered valid. Older versions will be cancelled.

1. If you're making corrections for the first time, you'll have to pay a ₹200 correction fee.
2. If you're editing the form a second time, the fee will be ₹500. (These charges apply to all candidates, regardless of gender or category)

SSC CGL Apply Online 2025

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC CGL 2025 Notification for 14582 vacancies for Group 'B' and 'C' posts. The SSC CGL online application process started on 9th June 2025, and candidates between the ages of 18 to 32 years (as on 1/8/2025) are eligible. During this period, candidates who made any mistakes in their SSC CGL application form can log in and edit the necessary details. Steps To Fill Out the SSC CGL Application Form 2025

Candidates are required to follow these steps to apply online for the SSC CGL 2025. Below are the steps that one needs to follow for successful online registration for the exam:

1. Register on the SSC Website (One-Time Registration – OTR)

• Visit ssc.gov.in.
• Click "Login/Register" and complete the OTR form (basic personal and academic details).

After submission, save and print the confirmation page/receipt for your records.

Photograph

• The photograph must be clicked in front of a white colour or light-coloured background and must be more than 4 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The photograph resolution must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.

Signature

• The signature must be in black or blue ink on a white sheet. The scanned copy of the signature must be in jpg format and it should be more than 1 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The resolution should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.

SSC CGL Application Fee 2025

The required SSC CGL Application Fee is Rs 100 and there are No Fees to be paid by female, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-servicemen candidates for the SSC CGL Exam. 

Exemption: No fee must be paid by female, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen candidates.

• Applications fee should be paid only through SBI either in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking or any other bank Credit/Debit Card. Challan form will be generated online.

• To pay a fee in cash, the candidate should take the printout of the challan generated online after the completion of Part-1 registration. Deposit the requisite fee in any branch of SBI and then continue with the Part-2 registration.

• Those candidates who want to pay online can go directly to part-2 registration after completion of part-1 registration. Candidate must supply registration number and date of birth to continue to Part-2 registration.

Prerequisites for SSC CGL 2025 Online Application Form
