Candidates must ensure they fulfil the SBI Clerk Eligibility criteria to apply for the offered posts set by the Bank. Any graduate between 20 and 28 years old is eligible to apply for the SBI Clerk exam. Prelims Exam Pattern

The Question Paper from the SBI Clerk Prelims exam consists of 100 questions of 1 mark each with a time duration of 60 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

Mains Exam Pattern

Main Exam: Online, objective type:

• This means that the SBI Clerk Mains exam is conducted on a computer, where candidates will answer questions using a computer interface.
• The questions in the exam are of the objective type, which means that candidates select the correct answer from multiple-choice options.

Total Marks: 200:

• The maximum achievable score in the SBI Clerk Mains exam is 200 marks. This score is based on how well a candidate performs across all the sections of the exam.

Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes:

• Candidates have a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete the entire Mains exam.

The starting salary is around Rs. 26,730 per month, and the total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable will be approximately Rs. 46,000/- per month inclusive of D.A., other allowances at the current rate.

Probation Period
