Net Discount = X + Y - XY100\frac{XY}{100}​​

Solution: 

Here, 

X = 18.5 and Y = 11.5 

Now, 

=18.5+11.518.5×11.5100 =30212.75100 =302.1275=27.8725%= 18.5 + 11.5 - \frac{18.5 \times 11.5}{100} \\ \ \\= 30 - \frac{212.75}{100} \\ \ \\= 30 - 2.1275 = 27.8725\%​​
