Given:

The ratio of salaries of P, Q and R is 3 : 4 : 6

R’s salary more than that of P = ₹15,000

Solution:

Let the salaries of P, Q and R  be 3x3x​ ,4x4x​ and 6x6x​ respectively

According to question:

6x3x=150006x-3x = 15000​​

3x=150003x = 15000​​

x=5000x=5000​​

Q’s salary = 4x=4×5000=20,0004x =4 \times 5000 = \bf ₹20,000
