    The wheel makes 10 revolutions in 5 seconds

    Formula Used:

    Circumference of circle =2πr 2\pi r ​​
    Speed =DistanceTime= \frac{\text{Distance}}{\text{Time}}

    Solution:

    Total Distance covered = 10 × Circumference of wheel

    Total Distance covered =10×2×227×70100=44 meters= 10 \times 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{70}{100} = 44 \text{ meters}​​

    Speed = ​445×185=31.68 km/h \frac{44}{5} \times \frac{18}{5} = 31.68 \ \text{km/h}
