Solution:

Let's assume that the radius of two cylinders are 2x and x, and their heights are 5y and 2y

Now, ratio of their volumes 

=> π × 4x2x^2 × 5y : π × x2x^2 × 2y

=> 4 × 5 : 2

=> 10 : 1
