Formula Used:

Total surface area of cylinder = $$2\pi r (r +h)$$​​

Where r anf h are radius and height of cylinder

Solution:

Radius of cylinder =$$\frac{28}{2} =14cm$$​​

Total surface area =$$2 \pi r (r+h)$$​ 

​$$=2\times \frac{22}{7} \times 14 ( 14+20)$$​​

​$$= 2 \times 22 \times 2 \times 34$$​​

​$$= 2992cm^2$$​​
