$$40 = \frac{d + e + f + g}{4} \\d + e + f + g = 160 \\$$​​​
Average of d and e = $$\frac{d + e}{2} \\$$ 

$$14 = \frac{d + e}{2} \\d + e = 28 \\f + g = 160 - (d + e) \\f + g = 160 - 28 \\f + g = 132 \\$$​​
Average of f and g = $$\frac{f + g}{2} = \frac{132}{2} = 66$$
