A and C Number of visitors = 29 + 17 = 46 

50% = $$\frac12$$  

So, 1 - $$\frac{1}{2}$$ = $$\frac{1}{2}$$ (female)

So, 

= 46$$\times$$$$\frac12$$ 

= 23(female)
