Total expenditure = 1.9+1+0.5+3.5+2.3+2.5+2= 13.7 unit 

Expenditure on education and health taken together = 4.5 unit 

According to question

13.7 unit = Rs45000

4.5 unit = $$\frac{45000\times4.5}{13.7}$$  =RS14781 nearly Rs15000​
