    Given:
    Ravi and Sanju together can complete the job in 2 days.

    Formula Used:

    Total Work = Efficiency ×\times Total Time

    Solution:

    LCM (2, 4, 2) = 4

    2 (Ravi + Sanju + Mahesh) = 5

    Efficiency of (Ravi + Sanju + Mahesh) = 52=2.5\frac{5}{2} = 2.5

    So, Ravi = 1.5, Sanju = 0.5 , Mahesh = 0.5

    The time required for Ravi to complete the job alone = 41.5=4015=83\frac{4}{1.5} = \frac{40}{15} = \frac{8}{3} days

    Thus, the correct option is (b)
