Correct option is C
Given:
Raju sold the article to Ravi at a gain of 10%.
Ravi sold the article to Ramu at a loss of 10%
Selling price of Ravi to Ramu = Rs. 1,485
Solution:
let Raju bought an article = 100x
Raj sold it at 10% gain, So
Ravi bought it at the price = 100x+ 10% of 100x = 100x+ 10x = 110x
Ravi sold it at 10% loss, so
Ramu bought it at the price = 110x-10% of 110 = 99x
ATQ
99x = Rs. 1485
x= Rs. 15
So, Raju bought an article = 100x = 100 × 15 = Rs. 1500
Raju sold article to Ravi =
Alternate Method:

99 unit = 1485
1 unit = 15
So, Selling Price of Raju to Ravi = 110 unit = 110 × 15 = Rs. 1650
