Formula used:

Speed =$$\frac{Distance}{Time}$$   

Solution:

Karthik - Raju = Difference

12 - 10 = 2km/h 

In m/sec

$$\frac5{18}$$$$\times$$2 = $$\frac{10}{18}$$

in 6 minute(360 sec) 

distance = 360$$\times$$$$\frac{10}{18}$$= 200 meter 

Distance between them after 6 min.

Distance = 300 - 200 =100meter
