∠ABO = ∠OAB= 40°  (opposite angles of the equal sides are equal)
∠ACO = ∠OAC = 30°  (opposite angles of the equal sides are equal)
∠BAC = 40 + 30 = 70°

∠BOC = 2 × 70 = 140°
