A.

3:4:7

B.

10:3:11

C.

7:11:10

D.

11:4:7

Correct option is C

Given:
P:Q=3:4 , and Q:R=4:7
Concept Used:
Simple ratio;
If x : y and y : z, then, combined ratio is x : y : z
Solution:
As per the question;
P : Q = 3:4, Q : R = 4 : 7
Then,
P : Q : R = 3 : 4 : 7
Let P = 3x, Q = 4x, R = 7x
Now,
(P+Q):(Q+R):(R+P)
= 7x : 11x : 10x
= 7 : 11 : 10
