Solution:

D is the midpoint.
BD = DC, OB = OC (radius)
Now, we can say,
2∠BOD = 2 ∠COD = ∠BOC
As we know,
∴ ∠BOC = 2∠BAC
=> 2 ∠BOD = 2 ∠BAC
=> ∠BOD = ∠A
