Correct option is D
On 30 December 1906, the All-India Muslim League (AIML), popularly known as the Muslim League was founded in Dacca (Dhaka), British India (now in Bangladesh).
The party arose out of the need for the political representation of Muslims in British India, especially during the Indian National Congress-sponsored massive Hindu opposition to the 1905 partition of Bengal.
The AIME Conference in 1906, held at the Ahsan Manzil palace of the Dhaka Nawab Family, laid the foundation of the Muslim League.
After the Partition of India and the establishment of Pakistan, the All-India Muslim League was formally disbanded in India.
