Solution:

Total marks obtained in first term = 60 + 84 + 76 = 220

Percentage of marks = $$\frac{220}{300} \times 100 = 73.33\%$$​​

Total marks obtained in second term = 78 + 82 + 64 = 224

Percentage of marks =$$\frac{224}{300} \times 100 = 74.66\%$$​​

Change in percentage = 74.66 - 73.33 = $$1.33\% \sim 1.81\% \ increase$$  

As 1.81% is closest to the 1.33% in the given option.

In mathematics 78 - 60 = 18

In Science 82 - 84 = -2

In social Studies = 64 - 76 = -12

Total change = 18 - 2 - 12 = 4
