Given:

Total value of coins =Rs 980

Ratio of number of Re 1, Rs 5 and Rs 10 coins are 3:5:7 respectively

Solution:

Let the number of coins of Re 1, Rs 5 and Rs 10 be 3x, 5x and 7x respectively

Then according to question

3x(1) + 5x(5) + 7x(10) = 980

3x+25x+70x =980

98x =980

x=10

Number of Rs 10 coins are = 7x =70 coins
