Eligibility Criteria For JENPAS UG 2025

Candidates planning to apply for the JENPAS UG 2025 exam must ensure they meet the required eligibility conditions related to educational qualification, nationality, and domicile. Check the eligibility details below:

Educational Qualification

To apply for the JENPAS (UG) 2025 exam, candidates should have passed or be appearing in Class 12 in 2025 (10+2 system).

Course-Wise Eligibility:

• Only female candidates can apply for B.Sc. Nursing in Government colleges through JENPAS (UG) 2025.
• Female candidates are also eligible for B.Sc. Nursing in Private colleges, although a few private colleges also accept male candidates.
• Both male and female candidates are eligible for all other courses (except B.Sc. Nursing) in both Government and Private colleges under JENPAS (UG) 2025.

Age Limit

To apply for the JENPAS UG 2025 exam, candidates must be at least 17 years old as of 31st December 2025. The upper age limit varies depending on the course. Check the course-wise upper age limit in the table below:

JENPAS UG Exam Pattern 2025

The JENPAS UG 2025 exam will be held in two separate papers — Paper I and Paper II — based on the course a candidate is applying for. The exam is objective in nature and will test candidates through multiple-choice questions. Each paper will be held for a duration of 1.5 hours.

The exam will be conducted in both English and Bengali, with a few exceptions. The marking scheme is divided into two categories, with different scoring and negative marking rules.

Key Points of JENPAS UG 2025 Exam Pattern:

• The exam comprises two papers: Paper I and Paper II.
• Paper-II is exclusively for candidates applying to the BHA course, while Paper-I is for all other courses.
• The questions will be Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) only.
• Each paper will have a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes (1½ hours).
