The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that candidates will be able to modify their details in the One Time Registration (OTR) module from 14th August 2025 to 31st August 2025. This facility is for those who wish to update or correct any information in their registration details. Candidates are advised to make use of this edit window carefully, as once the details are submitted, they will be treated as final and will be used for all future SSC examinations.

Step-by-Step Guide to SSC OTR Registration

Step 1: Visit the Official SSC Website

Navigate to the official SSC portal: www.ssc.gov.in

Step 2: Initiate New Registration

On the homepage, click on the “Register Now” button under the ‘New Candidate’ section.

Step 3: Fill in Personal Details

1. Full Name ( as per matriculation certificate)
2. Father’s Name
3. Mother’s Name
4. Date of Birth
5. Gender
6. Nationality
7. Identification Details (Aadhaar Number or other ID)

Note: OTP verification will be sent to your mobile number and email address. Ensure you complete this verification to proceed.

Step 4: Set Login Credentials

After successful verification, set a secure password and choose four security questions for future account recovery.

• Disability Status (if applicable)
