RRB Section Controller Eligibility

Section Controller Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen, etc.) as per the Government of India rules.

Stage 2: Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
The CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test) will be available in English and Hindi only.
- To qualify, candidates must score a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each test battery. This rule applies to all categories (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/Ex-SM), with no relaxation in the qualifying score.
- Candidates must clear every test battery of the CBAT to be considered for the Section Controller post.
- There is no negative marking in the CBAT.
