RRB NTPC CBT 1 Marking Scheme
The marking scheme of the RRB NTPC is given in the official notification, and the exam tells you how marks are given or cut based on your answers in the CBT (Computer-Based Test).
Particulars | CBT 1 |
Total Questions | 100 |
Total Marks | 100 |
Type of Questions | Multiple Choice (MCQ) |
Time Duration | 90 minutes |
For each correct answer, 1 mark is awarded, and a total score is arrived at. Now, subtract 1/3rd mark of 1 or 0.33 mark out of the total for each wrong answer marked by the candidate. There is no negative marking for Unanswered questions.
For Example, if you have answered 70 questions correctly and 10 questions wrong, then the total marks will be:
- Marks for Correct Answers = 70 × 1 = 70 marks
- Negative Marks for Wrong Answers = 10 × 0.33 = 3.3 marks
- Total Score = 70 − 3.3 = 66.7 marks
- So, your final score will be 66.7 out of 100.
