LIC AAO Salary Structure
The basic pay for LIC AAO 2025 is Rs. 88,635 per month in the pay scale of Rs. 88,635–1,69,025 plus admissible allowances as per rules. At the starting level, the total salary, including allowances like House Rent Allowance (HRA) and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) will be around Rs. 1,26,000 per month in an ‘A’ Class city.
In addition, employees will also get several benefits such as a contributory pension, gratuity, leave travel concession (LTC), medical benefits, insurance cover, vehicle loan facility, meal coupons, reimbursement for mobile/briefcase/furniture, maid allowance, and other perks as per LIC rules.
