Solution:

a)996 of 3+58116+132÷11\frac{99}{6\ of\ 3} + \frac{58}{116} +132 \div 11

= 112+12+12\frac{11}{2} + \frac{1}{2} +12

=11+1+242=362=18= \frac{11+1+24}{2} =\frac{36}{2} =18

b)(25+43)×30 (\frac{2}{5}+\frac{4}{3}) \times 30

=(6+2015)×30=52=(\frac{6+20}{15}) \times 30 = 52

c) 32+8+35 of 85c) \ 32 + 8 + \frac{3}{5}\ of\ 85

=32+8+51=91=32 + 8 +51 = 91

d) 2163 of 33+(6.5×4)d) \ \frac{21}{63}\ of\ 33 + (6.5 \times 4)

=11+26=37=11 + 26= 37

Hence option (a) 18 is the smallest.
